DESCRIPTION:
Splash through the paces of a fun and interactive military style water workout complete with cardio and muscle training. Using circuits and group work, this Boot Camp Class activates the brain and the body, challenging core strength, stability, coordination, balance, power and agility. Experiment with style manipulations to create a class that will unlock the hidden abilities within your participants, challenging them to successfully set and achieve personal fitness goals… all in the name of FUNctional fitness.
Objectives:
To review P.E.P.: Protection, Empowerment, Permission & Pleasure.
To understand the role of the magical properties in aqua boot camp.
Energy systems ~ Training intervals ~ aerobic/anaerobic
To experience the effective and safe use of ‘everyday’ equipment.
To experience and compare interval and circuit station workout formats.
How to incorporate the fitness components (cardio; muscular strength/endurance; power, flexibility, coordination…) in one class.
To challenge the mind and body to go beyond their normal level of performance
