Bridging the Depths: Increase your CALA IQ (instructional quality)

Even experienced Aqua Fitness instructors can find it challenging to effectively coach participants who are working in both shallow and deep water at the same time. This workshop focuses on practical strategies for teaching from the pool deck while cueing to participants in different depths, maintaining clear instruction, class flow, and safety. Instructors will also explore how to begin a class in shallow water and transition participants smoothly and confidently into deep water, using movement patterns with purpose, and minimal disruption to the workout while supporting participant needs.
