Join us for a fun and interactive military style water workout complete with cardio and muscle training. Using circuits and group work, this Boot Camp Class activates the brain and the body, challenging core strength, stability, coordination, balance, power and agility.
Experience “Cardio-Rrific” patterns with muscle “AMRAP = As Many Reps as Possible”. Develop a deep understanding of what HIIT training is and how to use it to its full potential. Incorporate various HIIT training styles including “Pyramid, Boot Camp & Circuits” to inspire people of all ages to push their fitness boundaries.
