DESCRIPTION:
Are you looking to become certified to teach aquafitness? Join our GAF course, the second and final step in becoming fully certified.
This immersive course involves both pool and land training and aims to give you the confidence to start your aquafitness instructor journey.
Topics include: visual and verbal cueing, communicating effectively, bonus moves in the CALA movement bank, music and choreography, how to build effective classes incorporating all muscle groups, proper warm-up and cool-down.
After the weekend is over participants must submit their GAF written assignment/mock class plan and a 30 minute video assessment teaching a real or mock class.
