DESCRIPTION:
Join us for a fun and interactive military style water workout complete with cardio and muscle training. Using circuits and group work, this Boot Camp Class activates the brain and the body, challenging core strength, stability, coordination, balance, power and agility.
Incorporate various HIIT training styles including “Tabata, AMRAP & Circuits” to inspire people of all ages to push their fitness boundaries.
We will be sure to hit the deep water so that you can add some suspended challenge in your classes.
