Description: Let's celebrate moving our bodies and flexing our muscles all at the same time. This is an equipment based workout using fun things found around the house (frisbee, small ball and two recyclable water bottles). Gain a full understanding of how the buoyancy and resistance of the water can work with you or against. The focus will be placed on technique and form. Walk away with a designed exercise plan that you can apply tomorrow in the pool.
